Jessica Chastain explains why she wanted to thank the late actor on The View show

Jessica Chastain has as of late uncovered her lament over not expressing gratitude toward the late Robin Williams for her profession.

Talking on most recent episode of The View, Chastain imparted she finished her schooling to the assistance of Williams' financed grant.

"At regular intervals, [the Robin Williams scholarship] would be given to an understudy and it paid for the entirety of my tutoring, it paid for my lodging, it paid for me to have the option to return home to visit the family and see my family," made sense of the Interstellar entertainer.

Chastain commented, "It was something lovely."

"Consistently, you know, I composed a note to him to say 'thank you', and I never got to meet him," revealed the Ava entertainer.

Chastain proceeded, "And afterward one time I was in LA and Robin strolls into the café and plunks down and starts eating. My tablemate was like, 'You need to go say hello, you need to go converse with him.'"

Reviewing when she attempted to pursue Williams out of the eatery to say thanks to him, the Miss Sloane entertainer halted herself, saying, "I [didn't] need to seem to be an insane individual, going after him or something to that effect."

She continued, "And I always regret it due to the fact that I never had the opportunity to say thank you in person."

In the mean time, on the expert front, Chastain will next be found in the forthcoming film, Memory, which will deliver in performance centers on December 22.
